This facilitation kit is designed for any non-California based business wanting to provide Preventing Sexual Harassment training to supervisory employees. This training goes beyond the basic all employee training and provides supervisors with an understanding of their unique responsibilities in preventing harassment.

The kit includes a PowerPoint which is ready to use after a few customization changes (logo, company policy etc) and a deliver packet which provides a slide by slide script which can be used as is or put into your own words.

This training should not be used in California as it is not AB1825 compliant. Please see our California specific products for compliant training in that state.
